The Horror of Revolution
I think the thing we're living through a revolutionary time rather than a revolution is that it's not clear that we're in it. I feel like the progressives are trying to answer that for all the world at once. But then these contradicting trends or inclinations are pulling us apart. Many revolutions in the coming decades will happen like this, maybe it will just become embarrassing to be fascist. It will becoming embarrassing to be to be xenophobic. We'll look back on this and realize the constant change that we were enduring.
