i would say i was your typical nurty engineer. When i first started my career, i wasf te mine sod at that,. You know, just put your head down and get your work done. And i've had to learn overtime gel that o that mantre of just putting your head down, getting the work done, actually isn't doing you any favors. Frad like, you have to be able to communicate not just the value of what you do, but how that adds up to the bigger picture.
