Google's New Policy on Secure Containers for Android Apps
Google announced changes to its Play Store policy. Apps that are on an on device secure containers will be able to opt out of running in those environments. Developers' phone numbers and email addresses will show up in the data safety section, which may cause some concern for indie developers. Google says it's trying to balance letting people leverage this technology with guardrails so they don't get exploited.
