Sally Kohn: I know you've experimented a lot with fasting and time-restricted eating. Many people are interested in this as just a way of reducing caloric intake. What are your thoughts on this now? And I guess, obviously, it connects with a certain strand of research on the topic of longevity where caloric restriction has been shown to be correlated with longevity. She says there may actually be a downside to time restricted feeding; while they do lose weight, they may disproportionately be losing muscle.
