Facial Recognition

Cameras are tuned better to lighter skin. It turns out they pick up features of lighter skins better, so that the facial recognition systems can then use better features to identify them. Some cities like san francisco and oakland have banned it outright. Banned it outright for use in in law enforcement and other kinds of government applications.
