Eric Liu: In a column for Kenya Standard newspaper, you wrote that it's time and I'm going to quote here for a reset of Africa and America relations. Based on what you've seen this week with Janet Yellen and Linda Thomas Greenfield, how do you think they're doing in terms of resetting this relationship? He says one of the key differences in the summit was just the emphasis on commercial relations above and beyond sort of the standard rights language that has dominated US Africa policy over the last 30 years. "I count that as progress in the right direction," he says; implementation will be key.
