Is There a Difference Between Stoicism and Academic Philosophy?

The culture ofr the space of 20 years has completely changed in relation to stoicism. It's taken them 20 or 30 years, they're now going or there are lords of people that actually put us into practice. The lords a resourceis explaining, and you're stoic weak we run every year,. And i it tries to really guide people through and explain, like, this is stuff that you would do evey da if you were a stoic. You'd do the view from above and contemplate your own mortality. Ask yourself these questions, like thes you art, like a bunch of specific things that stoics would do to try and train their minds.
