The Rise of the Tech Lap in the Face of the Pandemic

I think tracing apps have become very popular, but there's been a lot of controversy about handing too much power in that regard over to tech. I do feel that even like sort of people who aren't especially attuned to the like tech, political economy discourse are much more cagey about that stuff. They're much more aware of the problems. So it's never as easy as, you know, an ideology kind of dies on this particular day. And the next day there's something brand new.
