How Stripe Operational Principles Worked?
The operating principles were just an articulated set of a, i would say, rules for the way that we aspire to work together. They're kind of used as reminders for people and had to do great work and worked together well. You truly could not get through a day at stripe without hearing them times. So i think that articulating the values and then having everybody act as kind of stewards of those with each other, is one example of just how much stripe was kind of invested in the centre of gravity for the whole company.
