Kyla: In terms of the bankruptcy filing, it's just pretty ridiculous. The guy who liquidated Enron is now the new FTX CEO. It also seems like the balance sheet and any sort of form of accounting was just kind of imaginary. They don't even have an accounting department. And nobody knows how many employees they have.
