I usually always start with an anterior chamber infusion just to try to make sure that I can pump up the pressure to get out as much of the hemorrhage as possible. For doing a retractomy, the only reason why I would do it is if there is a legitimate regmatologist, retinal detachment. If you end up going back there and the view is not good for whatever reason, usually these corneas are not great because things are shallow. So I will end up actually using old school and actually look with an indirect and a 20 adapter or something in the operating room after I've drained the corotals.
