The Different Types of Taxes in Different Member Countries
Malaysia tried to implement VAT, but as you know, they couldn't. Before that, I think around 20 years ago, Australia did it. Now again, Australia is a much smaller country. You could afford to have a single rate of GST. They did not have a federal state structure in that sense. So if I look at EU example, which is much closer to what we have, I think we have done much better than what they have done.
