Do Rentals Still Work?
In the big cities like toronto or vancouver, we're seeing people who have rental suites in their homes to just supplement their housing purchase. So i think you do have to be in a smaller centre for it to be economically feasible. By no means does an archer printer needs to do their own bookkeeping a do their own financial statements. Certainly that should be outsourced. But there is an ability as the business owner to look at those results monthly and then make changes based on the numbers.
