It wasn't until recently, it was June of 2020 that I started the cut that took me down to 185. And then since that week after that would have been early October, I've just been doing my slow build thing. And I'm now this morning at about 194, I guess 88 kilos. So flip that 10 pounds and now stay a little bit more on the leaner side. But I think you know, 185 is that point where I'm still okay, like, hormonal and everything feels good. Right.
