I Could Get Caught Up in My Thought

The number one thing I hear from our patients is they get caught up in their own whirlwind of thought stress and they don't know how to get out of it. So any simple remedies and they may not be for dealing with those issues of time and perceived stress so you mentioned, obviously for time not necessarily trying to condense it down into an hour a day but potentially try to spread it out over the course of the day. And then for perceived stress, just give us some remedies so you mentioned pausing taking a breath reflecting sitting back. Are there are there resources that you could point people towards that are say stuck in a bad cycle that might be helpful for them?
