Gloria Borger: Tell us how you got caught up in this whole greedflation debate. How did you wind up in the middle of it? "I'm not entirely sure," she says. She was asked to write a five-page paper about rising markups, rising prices by her colleagues at the IO society. The big debate is over whether or not there's any evidence that firms are trying to minimize their costs so they can produce more output.
