The Argument for Having Neighbors on Earth
There's a finite chance Luxembourg might one day decide to build a doomsday device and use it, so we must blow them up first. You're essentially arguing the best answer to having neighbors here on Earth is to nuke them before they decide to nuke you. As we mentioned earlier in our discussion of nukes in the Cold War, that sort of logic has its own flaws.
