The Importance of Design Thinking in a Bootcamp

I think when you have a design education, you learn design thinking. But the gaps there coming from a bootcamp are really, how do I take an ambiguous thing that might not even be a problem yet and figure out what is the problem? Like, I can't just take what they're saying, I have to actually observe them. And as well, like figuring out how you're going to measure that success, right, is also something that's lacking in a bootcamp. So I think that initial stage for me figuring out how do I even turn this into UX research was a bit of a challenge. You know, it's sort of one of those things is kind of fascinating.
