How to Eat a Healthy Life
Most common breakfast would be a piece of gluten free toast with almond butter or organic peanut butter. Other mornings I'll have like eggs and maybe a piece of toast or I love sriracha on my eggs. Lunch a lot of times is a protein shake with a little bit of dairy free yogurt, frozen fruit and some peanut butter. And dinner, we could go crazy. We had sushi last night. We love steak. We love chicken, barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, baked sweet potatoes all gratin without cheese or milk or anything like that.
