The Value of Personality Longevity
The PNRs are meant to be about personality. So you've got a sense of who they are at a deep level, basically. You see their baseline also in terms of behavior. We don't have the illusion that we know everything about a person. And so it's not to be taken too simply. But it gives us a line of approach and that's the value of it.
