We Can See Ghosts as Chains of Virtue

We can see vice-like behavior as the chains that we create and one supposes that the remedy to such chains is virtue or deliberate efforts made towards acting virtuous as consistently as possible. Studies show that we have a very limited range of free will. We for the most part don't know when we have chosen to abort an action or not. But studies do show that we are happier if we believe ourselves to be free.
