The Importance of Educating Yourself
The number one take away is for children or for parents who want their kids to be healthy, you have to do it first. There's no other way around educating yourself. And so yeah, we found that sugar consumption was a primary inhibitor of weight loss and of improved insulin sensitivity. So that had to come first. That has to be everyone's first move.
