How did you keep going when nothing was working out? I was a waiter, a bad one. But how i got through it was friends and family, really. My sister was there to bail me out of anything. And then i got my first play in new york, on off broadway,. premier of a nilo cruz play called the beauty of the father. Took a long time. Two years i'd gotten back to new York in august of o one, went into rehearsals fort play in the winter of o five. Those years in between felt like a lifetime.
