Aisha's Loneliness
Aisha wanted her parents to pay for cable so she could watch shows and write. But when she got back, she noticed something cable wouldn't fix. She says they would get about 30,000 nyra every month from their parents - the equivalent of about 230 bucks at the time. Meanwhile, she'd be getting closer to 5,000 nYRA, a six of what everyone else got. "I felt like I couldn't talk to anyone about my experiences," Aisha said.
