The Second Way Is Indecisiveness From Above

One on 10 people are actually good at making those decisions. They're actually good at logical thinking and these are the things that can't be taught. I believe you cannot teach this. People have it and they don't. There's a place for B players inside your organization. Not everybody needs to be a B player. Most jobs inside of a company are just do your job. Show up, do your job well and go home. That's what we need. We need a lot of people like that. Those are B players. The C players are the ones that drag everybody down.
