Putton's Russian Business Links Were a Major Factor in the Invasion of Ukraine
In the past, those business links had protected russia from more punitive sanctions or anything else. I mean, after 20 14, when they attacked ukrane, there was pushback, but that pushback was concentrated in the us. It was not really seriously done in europe. In fact, one thing which i found striking, as that actually europe's total gas imports went up from russia. And in fact, germany really up and sol i think the beginning of this actually rallythink was upe untill the the eve of the invasion.
