The Inevitability of UBI

Do I think UBI is inevitable? Like I said, if there is the will and ability to turn the spigot on. The only way that that works is if you see a huge Keynesian priming of the pump. So they could just dump a bunch of money into our economy and get us spending again. But who's we can't know yet? I don't know either.
