Oracles sold a lot of that materialized view stuff to a lot of people for a long time. Now what they're selling you with exe data is like, oh, yes, we're going to have you copied the data a million times. And so i guess the risk is, like, when you buy into one vendor's humoris,. Like, if that vendoris behaving badly, you can really get Screwed. I think this ego, his open ego systems is one of the reasons why people like open shore stuff in general.
