Alistair: It does seem like the abrogation of biological kinship in Matthew. What you get eschatologically is neither marrying nor being given in marriage, but being like the angels in heaven. Josh: I think that what the worry is is that not leading with something like that or not packaging the creational dimensions appropriately allows sex to take on a distorted significance.
