The reason I'm wealthy is because I didn't have a lot. The difference between having better health care, living in a nicer place and having a broader selection set of mates is money. We live in an era of super abundance. And so the fact that we get all of the results in externalities now is coming from fossil fuels. There's been enormous externalities from the refining of fossil fuels. It takes more expensive to address these things than it does to do anything else.
