Is There a Difference Between Academic and Academic Time Management?

This is a question that is relatable and practical for people in lots of different fields, not just academia. I've tried blocking off time in my calendar, having to do lists, putting on and out of office when I'm writing, et cetera,. But nothing has stuck. Any tips? All right.
