The Four Quadrants of Unknown Unknowns

I think you write very well in the book also with the example of when you face something that is unknown to you. You might think you know more than you do, and then you'ra of that. The other i on the other side of unknown unknowns is known knons. That's things that you actually know about, but that you haven't really been able to articulate. And out of those four, obviously, you would like to have as much as possible that makes sense into the known anknowns.
