"COVID" is an emotionally driven, sci-fi-ish ghost story where the ghosts aren't really scary because I don't think ghosts are actually scary. "I didn't know that it was the zombie apocalypse in the end of the world," he says about his film's title. The movie doesn't firmly fit into a genre because it isn't necessarily always the easiest to market. But when you're sitting at the beginning of this, it is an emotional journey that you have to buy into.
