I don't like the amount of grease in Kashmiri food but there are things in Kashmiri cuisine like a bushtaba like a yakhni which I like greatly. My good friend Rajesh Dagonathan is brilliant about you know he's one of those fantastic people who has done a program in Hindi in television to introduce north indians to the riches of Tamil Nadu not only food but culture. He said that the poor who would not afford a chicken would take a dry cobra and cut it into pieces and cook it in the masala supposedly for chicken and the kids would suck that and think it was a chicken so it was a poor man's chicken curry wow.
