Rage is depicted as people, em an are locked in battle. And m that, in a way, is what rage is like, as opposed to anger. So this is another sort of key distinction that has got to learn by descending into the dark version the shadow. An, because anger actually turns out to be a good energy when it leads you to seek more than just what has sparked your anger.
