I'm Back to Running and I've Got Stamina

Nikki says she was just confused at what yoga is meant to. The F 45 classes are cardio days other than it being a class and like that's kind of annoying you would enjoy because they're not overly weight, Nikki says. She can now do four miles in under eight minutes per mile after starting running again. Her new found stamina has allowed her to talk on the phone for 30 minutes every time she runs.
