She holds a Master's degree in hospital administration from Oregon Health and Science University. Kristi began her career at Providence Health, the third-largest hospital system in the United States, where she rose to the position of Executive Director of Recruitment and Outreach. Observing significant inefficiencies in the recruitment process, she co-founded Beginly Health to create a more transparent and efficient job matching platform for physicians. Kristi leverages her extensive experience to empower physicians and improve the overall recruitment experience.
