Is It a Good Idea to Biase the Strength and Range of Motion Exercises?

Long muscle lengths are probably a good idea for high-perch fee. At extremes, I think biasing the length and range makes sense. For exercises like rows or pull downs, you can adopt a variety of approaches to make them better suited likely to approach fee. There's research on end ranges of motion causing more pain than people that already have injuries.
