What Are the Values of a Stock?
When i first heard of the concept of p ratio, it just made sense to me. When guva was in the r and d phase, it had no revenue, let on earnings. So you can't use price to earnings rati when the price to earnings ratio doesn't apply. The time is when a company is fully optimized for profits. And depending on where the company is, some valuation metrics make more sense than others.
