How to Deal With Limited Timing
In a classroom context, and as a leader as a manager, there have to be consequences. So for example, if half my class doesn't do the work, I take the class at the level where I was expecting them to be. And then everybody else starts to catch up. In terms of limited timing, it's really about prioritization. What are the critical few things you need to get across that are relevant for that particular audience?
