Munger: Some of the best people I would argue that Jim Senegal at Costco was about as well adapted for the executive here he got. He started work at age 18 in a store and rose to be CEO at Costco. The guy who ran TTI was a genius, Munger says. General Diningbrook wouldn't let us raise his pay; it's pretty rare.
