The Power of Social Determinants in Alzheimer's Disease Research

Alzheimer's disease research centers are 80% white, 14% black, 9% Hispanic and the other groups are negligible. So one thing that I hope that we will start to do is to get more people from these other groups to be a part of the center program. And then the third thing that hopefully people are doing is diversifying the workforce. Because there's so few narrators, how can we grow this pipeline?
