Is E B v Associated Gastric Cancer?
E b v is involved with many different types of cancers. E b v associated gastric cancer is the most prevalent e b v positive cancer in the world, almost 200 thousand people. About ten per cent of gastric cancers are e bb positive. So every infected cell in the tumor has e b v in it. For viruses to cause cancer, or contribute to causing cancer, they have to have something go wrong in their replication. And one of the things that needs to go wrong is that when it infects the cell, it has to have some aspect of its replication function crippled.
