How to Create a Frost Multi Signature Remotely Without Physically Connecting Devices

The multi signature is quite malleable and when i say malleable uh i'm using this in a non-cryptography sense um that you can add or remove signers to the multi-sig at a later date. With frost we don't have any security proofs for it yet but we believe it to be possible to not only add and remove signing signers but also to change the threshold to increase or decrease the threshold. Each of those comes with varying agreement requirements so most of them pretty much all of them you require at least a thresholdUh number of degree parties to agree in order to change the number of signers gotcha.
