The Power of Concentration
concentration just means the beats of mindfulness strong together little by little. Today you may be mindful of your breath only once or twice, but 21 years later for me when I do sitting meditation, I'm able to follow my breathing more or less the whole way through. Now I can consider and if I count, it will be 600 breaths during my sitting meditation. So you see mindfulness becomes concentration and concentration serves like this energy that helps us to pierce through what we need to understand.
