You need to build a strong support system, friends, families, colleagues, maybe it is your boss, okay? It's a coach, it's a mentor or it's just guidance from other people who have gone through this or understand and make sure you're taking breaks and time off. And that is everything from taking your lunch all the way to making sure you're taking a vacation and making sure you're taking say your weekends, if you have weekends off and sticking to them and not letting work into fear. Again, I get more in detail in one episode back from this one. That is the focus of that. So let's go through five more areas for you to focus on if you are burned out. Okay.

next is finding meaning and purpose in your work. And I think this is, I think we've done full episodes on this, but making sure that your work means something, your career means something. And I think people with ADHD need this to a much greater extent than other people. Some people don't fully embrace that, okay? They don't understand. They get a job, they're good at it, they just do it. For us, we need to have some type of meaning and purpose in our work to prevent burnout or recover
