The Deuteronomistic History
The deuteronomistic history seems to be written in stages. Just like in the book of mormon, mormon writes an initial history and then moroni comes along later and adds a bunch of stuff to it. So when we finally get to him in the narrative, we should be going, oh, that guy. I've been waiting for this. Ye. In verse two, it points out he did that which was right in the sight of the lord, walked in all the way of his father. He turned not aside to the right hand or the left. That's what deuteronomy says to do, don't turn aside to the Right or the Left. And so then
