You can't lead if you can't communicate. All matters of communication are important, whether inspiring or reinforcing culture o to leading change. You've got to know what you're talking about before you can communicate eloquently on a topic. It's much like my discussion on credentials earlier. Learning never stops. You got to keep working at it.
