Most of the pre-seed seed funds we talk to generally speaking don't take board seats. There's usually at least five or my companies are later stage and have you know, series b investors and series c investors around the table I think this is where the concept of fiduciary duty is really important And so and separating your hat as an investor versus your hat as the board member and the steward of the decisions or strategic decisions of the company can be a hard thing to do.
