Competitive Analysis

i think it's imperative we know what the competition is offering, how they're pitching it to our potential clients. We can be a little bit anonymous and walk into the local barryspoot camp or equinox and pretend we're interested in collect information. But many ways, the barrier for us for that was that it felt just too slimy. It felt too shady.
